3. What personal data is collected
The notary may collect the following categories of data:
3.1. General personal data
- Full name,
- date of birth,
- passport data, ID card,
- RNOKPP,
- residential address,
- contact details.
3.2. Document data for notarial acts: title documents, documents of ownership, corporate documents, documents regarding vehicles, inheritance documents, court decisions, other documents.
3.3. Data collected automatically (when using the site) IP address, cookie, device and browser data, history of requests.
4. Purpose of collecting personal data
Performing notarial acts, fulfilling legal requirements, identifying a person, maintaining registers, consultations, forming and storing cases, protecting Clients' rights, communication, accounting.
5. Legal grounds for data processing
Consent of the subject, legal requirement, the need to perform a notarial act, contracts, protecting legitimate interests.
6. Transfer and disclosure of personal data
Transfer is possible only in cases stipulated by law, to representatives of state bodies in the presence of legal grounds and a court decision, for the performance of a notarial act.
7. Storage period of personal data
Determined by law, archive storage periods and the need to fulfill obligations. After the expiration of the periods, the data is destroyed or archived.
8. Rights of the personal data subject
Right to information, clarification, restriction of processing, withdrawal of consent, filing a complaint with the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada.
9. Protection of personal data
Physical protection, access restrictions, cybersecurity measures, encryption, protection of communication channels, backup.
10. Use of cookies

Updates come into force from the moment of publication.
